Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged piece, please contact us at info@zaivreyluxe.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Description of the damage

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund.
